這是我第一次到 Pot Glasses 詢問老花眼鏡的問題，當“四眼妹”那麼久，換過不少眼鏡（近視無情加深，閃光無情增加）的經驗之下，其實眼鏡店對我來說，沒有啥服務不服務至上的體驗，因為我比較在意的是他們的專業度~ 非常意外的，在這裡卻讓我感受到“服務至上”的體驗。我第一次是直接walk in想詢問老花眼鏡的問題，有位小姐姐（名字沒記住）就前來服務我，我本來是想告訴她驗眼睛，但她只是跟我講解老花這件事，這整個過程都快一小時，就連挑選鏡框前，也是做了個小訪問醬，小姐姐說，他們都會為客戶挑選最合適的鏡框，特別以客戶的職業和生活習慣挑選，如此客製化，我自然驚訝，怎麼可以那麼細心和詳細呢？到我以為可以驗眼睛了，小姐姐告訴我，之後驗眼睛完畢，他們的驗眼師會跟我更詳細講解我的狀況，大概也要一到兩小時…我，當下有點趕時間，所以就預約了第二次。第二次，驗眼完畢後，那位驗眼師（很好我也沒記住名字）非常仔細的反復幫我檢查，甚至有點疑惑的告訴我，在我這個年齡不可能老花度數那麼高，加上我的近視度數居然降低了，她最後建議我先戴度數降低的single lens，去適應降低後的近視度數，然後再回去檢查老花的真正度數是不是有影響~結果，我真的戴了一周多的降低後度數的新眼鏡，真的舒服多了，因為之前我一直感覺眼睛在流淚，很容易覺得燈光刺眼，試戴新的之後就沒有再流淚，也不覺得燈光刺眼。直到第三次，檢查老花度數，也是反復詳細的檢查之後，其實發現我的左眼的老花相對度數比較高，而右眼的度數則還好，反復驗了之後，驗眼師Jacky （終於有一位是記得的，希望沒有寫錯~）發現我的表情是在戴上老花度數比較低的時候，反應比較舒服，所以我也決定讓左右眼的老花度數一樣，雖然實際上我的左眼的度數比較高。大概過了一周，我拿到了Multifocal的老花眼鏡，Jacky再次跟我講解 Multifocal 有三層，上是看遠比較清楚，中是看電腦比較清楚，下是看近比較清楚，我戴了4天，目前還在適應，但看近時真的沒有之前的朦朧有雙影，是真的清楚了。當然，Jacky 有提到，老花是無法避免，一兩年後會繼續加深，但速度不會很快，唯一能做的就是讓眼睛多休息和運動，減緩老花加深的速度。

我長篇大論寫了那麼多 (已經刪了3千字)，這都不是廢話，就是有體驗到才會有感想。 希望 Pot Glasses 繼續保持這樣的服務態度，忠誠客戶會被你鎖死的 😉

The stylist never give up looking for a frame that really suits me (even though I am ready to compromise), and the optometrist Sally is superb! The technical knowledge and patience to explain are really impressive. Just collected my first multifocal glasses, no problem wearing them directly, really glad I choose Pott Glasses.

Brought my mom here to make her multifocal glasses. She was quite skeptical from her previous experiences. Took a lot of convincing but it was worth it. Rainnie was very professional and patient. She took her time explaining how multific lenses were supposed to work and went through all the different lenses. Mom is happy now. No dizziness and any trouble going up and down the stairs.
